3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Modifications, repairs, or interventions carried out by unauthorized third parties.

Damage caused by electrical discharges, voltage surges, short circuits, or lack of grounding.

4. Procedure for Activating the Warranty
To request warranty service, the customer must:

Contact ProInd Eletrônica within the warranty period.

Please provide the order number or invoice number.

Describe the defect in detail.

Send images or videos, when requested, for technical analysis.
After the initial analysis, ProInd Eletrônica will provide guidance on how to send the product for evaluation.
5. Technical Analysis

All products sent under warranty undergo specialized technical analysis .

If a defect covered by the warranty is found, the product may be:

Repaired

Replaced by an equivalent (when available)

Refunded, subject to analysis and availability.

6. Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping the product for analysis may be the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.

If the defect is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, ProInd Eletrônica will assess how to return the product to the customer.
7. Products Out of Warranty
Products outside the warranty period may be evaluated and a repair quote provided, without any obligation to provide coverage on the part of ProInd Eletrônica.
8. Limitation of Liability
ProInd Eletrônica is not responsible for:

Lost profits

Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the product.
