Returns and Exchanges Policy

ProInd Eletrônica values transparency and good relationships with its customers. This Exchange and Return Policy establishes the conditions applicable to purchases made on our website.

Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within the timeframes described in this policy.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent , showing no signs of misuse, with proper packaging and, where applicable, with accessories and labels.

2. Application Deadline

Returns due to buyer's remorse: up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, when applicable.
Exchange or return due to defect: within the warranty period stated at the time of purchase.

3. Products Eligible for Exchange or Return

The following items may be accepted for exchange or return:

Products with proven defects
Products shipped do not match the order.
Products damaged in transit (proof required)

4. Ineligible Products

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that:

They show signs of misuse, incorrect installation, or operation outside of technical specifications.
Have been modified, repaired or violated by third parties.
Have broken warranty seals, where applicable.
Whether purchased through specific order or customized import, except in cases of proven defect.

5. Application Procedure

To request an exchange or return, the customer must:

Contact ProInd Eletrônica within the applicable timeframe.
Please provide the order number or invoice number.
Describe the reason for the request.
Send images or videos of the product when requested.

After the initial analysis, ProInd Eletrônica will provide instructions for sending the product.

6. Technical Analysis

Returned products undergo specialized technical analysis .
If eligibility is confirmed:
- The product may be exchanged for an equivalent one, when available.
- The amount may be refunded according to the payment method used.
- Credit may be granted for future purchases, subject to agreement.

7. Shipping Costs

The customer may be responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges or returns, except in cases of shipping errors or proven defects.
In specific situations, ProInd Eletrônica may provide authorization or special instructions for submission.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the analysis of the returned product is complete.
The refund timeframe and method depend on the payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where provided by law or commercial agreement.
